Pre - Production

As each project is custom built, often the Pre Production process is too. This is a rough outline and order of operations that we go by.

Intro Discovery Meeting

  • First greeting..

  • We get a grid for the type of business you are, some of the pain paints that video may solve, and what projects we may tackle together.

Creative | Logistics Meeting

This is where we walk through our needs creatively and logistically for this project.

High Level Questions:

How does this serve your company?

Where does this fit in your marketing / story telling?

What makes this project a home run?

General budget expectations.

Proposal | Contract

  • At this point we can get a proposal built for your needs. We’ll address all of the details mentioned above in this proposal.

  • It’s often mosts resourceful to do a proposal review on a meeting to address any initial questions and next steps.

  • Updates to Proposal and contract as needed.

Confirm Project | Lock Shoot Dates

Client approves proposal, signs contract, and submits down payment.

From here shoot dates are locked in and pre production can continue.

Shoot Day Prep

Our team will get all the shoot logistics in line as needed for our production.

This may include meetings as necessary with client to ensure details are aligning correctly.
